How safe is your flash drive
USB flash drives are great little devices for saving data, images, personal files etc, they are quick to transfer 100's of MB's to and from, small enough to hang on your key ring and cheap to buy.
The data may be secure electronically but is physically secure enough from the rigors of everyday life, when you get get caught in rain shower and get it wet, pull it out of your pocket with your keys and drop in a puddle, drop it on to floor then run over with the office chair whilst trying to find it, tread on it, sit on it or the dog chews it up. Chances are that the delicate electronics will be damaged and could lose your valuable data. What you need is something more resilient.

Don't try this at home!
We thought we would put it to the test so we simulated a typical office accident of dropping a JOGR flash drive in to a cup tea or coffee, we used water so you could see it at the bottom of the cup. This is not sort of thing that we would recommend but we tried several times (always with the lid on !) and it worked perfectly after each dunking.

Because the case if these USB flash drives are made from a silicone rubber compound they have a soft, slightly squidgy feel to them and they do become something like a child's toy that you can't stop playing with, it also means they are shock proof so it won't crack or break if you drop it even from a large height, they also bounce like one of those speed balls we used throw around the kitchen when we were kids.
 

More speed, Captain
The JOGR USB flash drives are certified USB 2.0 which means that it will function with other certified USB 2.0 devices. When you use it with a USB 2.0 compatible port on a laptop or computer you will be able to transfer data upto 40x faster upto (480Mbps) then the normal USB 1.1 drives . Even if you haven't got the high speed USB 2.0 on you computer, the JOGR is still backwardly compatible with the older USB1.1, so it will still work on amost any computer made in the last 5 years or so.

PRIVATE - Keep Out!!
The JOGR USB flash drives come supplied with software that allows you to protect your data with a password, so you can keep prying eyes out of your business. You can also partition the JOGR USB flash drive like a normal hard drive so you could have two 256MB virtual drives on a 512MB JOGR. You can even make it a bootable device like a start up floppy disc, or hard drive so your computer can start up directly from the JOGR, though your computer has to have the ability to boot from a USB device, please check your system has this capability.

If you have Win XP or 2000 you don't need any special drivers to use the JOGR flash drive, just plug n go, if you have Win 98SE then you will need to load the drivers supplied. It is compatible with Mac OS 10.x, Linux 2.4 and above and comes supplied with driver CD, USB extension cable, key chain.
